Do all items allow personalization?
Not every product is customizable, but many are. Each listing clearly shows personalization options when available, and you can browse all personalized items in our Personalized collection.
Where are the items made?
Everything is designed and printed in-house by My Paper Box in Austin. our story
Are your products handmade?
Yes—every notepad, card, and paper item is designed and printed in-house in Austin. We create everything in small batches to keep each month’s stationery theme truly special. see behind the scenes
What if I move?
Simply update your shipping address in your account. Any changes made before your next renewal will apply to the upcoming box.
If you change your shipping address, please also email us at info@mypaperbox.com. We start prepping boxes early, and a quick note helps make sure your happy mail doesn’t head to the wrong home.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Currently, we ship our personalized stationery subscriptions within the United States.

What if I receive a damaged item?
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll gladly send a replacement or refund. We hand-pack each box, but things occasionally happen in transit.
