Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Subscriptions & Mystery Items
Please note that all subscription purchases and mystery items are final sale. These items cannot be returned or refunded simply because you do not like them or they are not what you expected. Subscriptions are curated and delivered as a surprise each month, and mystery items are sold as “grab bag” style products. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the contents are a surprise and agree to accept them as final sale.

Returns & Exchanges

-Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
-Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
-Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
-Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Email us at info@mypaperbox.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
